Influence of Microsoft on my Life

Microsoft has and continues to influence the world with innovative technologies and shows us the vision of future.Today I have given a chance to share my personnel experience with Microsoft.

     Hey everyone,I am Neha Kumari.Currently  I am pursuing B.Tech in C.S. Engineering from Guru Premsukh Memorial College of Engineering, GGSIPU. I like surfing on Internet and due to this habit only I came to a little closer to the meaning of Technology and its impact on our life.

    MY EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT

    The first time I interacted with Microsoft was at the age of 6, when I sat in front of the computer and played a game "Pinball". At that time I didn't know about Microsoft but still I used Microsoft Windows XP. Maybe its true that I didn't know anything at that time but just as I grew up, I started working with same Microsoft again but now for the purpose of text writing and editing in MS-Word.

This was my first step towards understanding technology and Microsoft.Later this interaction kept on increasing. Whether it be using MS Paint for the purpose of painting or using Skype for talking purpose or to use One Drive for sharing files, I came more closer to understand and use Microsoft.

MICROSOFT IN TODAY'S WORLD

     Microsoft plays a important role in today's World.Starting from MS-Office features like MS-word,MS-Excel,MS-PowerPoint which gave us a way to handle data through Spreadsheet applications, word processing and slides to gives us a attractive and presentable representation. It has also given an interesting new application- One Drive which has made sharing of documents and files easier. Apart from this Microsoft has provided us with an application-Window Movie Maker through which a user can combine pictures and sound track in order to make a movie of his own will.

Microsoft has provided us  operating Systems such as WindowsXp,Windows7 and the latest Windows8 which provide us with variety of features and also provide us a user interactive interface.

They have now taken one step further by providing Windows Phone in the form of Lumia Series which keep us attached to the Microsoft  even more.Further for the purpose of communication they have now provided us with Skype Application in order to make communication better and easier.

FURTHER PLANS AS A MICROSOFT ASSOCIATES

 As a part of Microsoft Student Associate I will help the society to be more aware of new Technologies and will try to develop their interest regarding using these technologies. I will try my best to give information to students and solve there problems regarding Microsoft Applications.
At last I want to thank Microsoft to give us such an opportunity And hoping to be a part of Microsoft as Student Associate.
